1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Makers Mantra website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or make purchases from our store.

2. Products and Pricing

• All products are handcrafted or artisan-sourced goods. Slight variations in color, texture, and size are inherent to handmade items and are not considered defects.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item's price is incorrect, we will notify you before processing the order and give you the option to cancel.
• Product availability is subject to stock levels displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

3. Orders and Payment

• By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and that the payment information you provide is accurate.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to the addresses provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing for international orders.
• Free shipping is available on orders above the threshold displayed at checkout. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below that threshold.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
• To initiate a return, contact us at hello@makersmantra.com with your order number.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or materially different from what was ordered.

6. Accounts

• You may create an account using email/password or Google sign-in.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photography, and design — is the property of Makers Mantra or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
